Each rarity tier adds one stat roll. Common has 1 roll, Uncommon 2, Rare 3, Epic 4, Legendary 5, Mythic 6. Higher tiers also roll within better stat ranges.
Two identical Legendary weapons can have very different stats. Stat ranges are published but rolls are random. Re-roll drops by rerunning bosses/portals.
Higher-rarity items have sockets. Gems come in types (Ruby = ATK%, Sapphire = DEF%, etc.) and levels. Level up gems in the Soul Forge by combining lower-level ones.
PvP: stack resistances (Mage Resist, Dancer Resist) and burst stats. PvE/dungeons: stack raw ATK and survivability. Don't build a single loadout — swap gear between activities.
