How it works

Arena pairs you against real players using ELO-based matchmaking (everyone starts at 1000 ELO). Each fight is a real-time auto-battle rendered on Grindveil's V2 canvas battle system, combining both players' equipment, skill tree, gems, pets, and class matchup.

ELO and climbing

Win → gain ELO. Lose → lose ELO. A tight build in mid-tier gear climbs past over-geared but sloppy builds. No hard floors — your rating reflects your actual skill.

Rewards

Every Arena win pays out Arena Tokens (spent in the Arena shop on rare gems, gear, and cosmetics) plus Veilstone Pass XP. Leaderboard payouts run on regular cycles and include Diamonds, Gold, and exclusive frames.

Class matchups

Warrior > Blade Dancer > Mage > Warrior is the rough rock-paper-scissors. Resistances (Warrior Resist, Mage Resist, Dancer Resist) flip matchups — a Warrior who stacks Mage Resist can beat mages despite the natural disadvantage.

Cooldown between free fights

Free Arena fights regenerate on a cooldown. You can watch rewarded ads or spend tokens for extra fights.
